Sign up on site Starts at 8AM from the Lowes parking garage. This is a well supported ride. A must for anyone needing a long ride. K

Took old bike out yesterday to ride it and make sure it was still good for me to ride. But I do have to say I love my Giant Tri bike so much more so tomm should be interesting. Kelly

So bummed I didn't get to ride Saturday. When I went to get me bike out of the car and pedal down to the start it won't shift into anything. I had tech support look at it to discover that a bolt in the deraileaur was sheared off! Thankfully it wasn't during a race like Augusta! Unfortunately it has to be replaced $$ ouch! and won't be ready until next week. I hope everyone had a great time K
